Fit: our rashguards are cut to fit tight, as a jiu jitsu rashguard should be.
Weight is the main guide: pick the size that matches your current rolling weight, then use your chest measurement to double-check.
Chest: measure around the fullest part of your chest with your arms relaxed and the tape level.
If you fall between sizes, stay true to size for a snug compression fit, or go up a size for a little more room.
