Our next open mat event takes place on Sunday 2nd July starting at 12.30! A slightly later time than usual due to Shane having to travel a fair distance to get here.
Shane will be taking the reins for our next open mat event, showing 1hr of his best BJJ moves. The self proclaimed Gothlord will be showing you the techniques that got him rallying through competition after competition. Can't wait for this one.
£10 mat fee (bargain) to cover the charge, followed by two hours of killer Jiu Jitsu rolls with people from gyms allover the UK. Believe the hype.
As with our usual open mat format, Shane will do one hour of no-gi technique, then we roll / drill or chill for the next two hours. Pus free water & our stall complete with exclusive brand new items just for open mat attendees.
